Julian Monge Real Estate (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit julianmonge.com, why we collect it, and how we use it. We collect the minimum needed to help you find or sell a property in Costa Rica.

Information We Collect

  • Contact details you submit — name, email, and the answers you provide in our intake popup or buyer's-guide form. These are sent to Julian directly via WhatsApp.
  • Chat assistant transcripts — messages you send to the on-site AI assistant are processed by Google's Gemini API to generate replies. They are not retained on our servers beyond the active session.
  • Anonymous analytics — Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights collect aggregated, non-identifying data about page views, device type, and Core Web Vitals to help us improve the site. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries about buying or selling property.
  • To send you the resources you request (such as the Nosara Buyer's Guide).
  • To improve the website's performance and usability.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Third-Party Services

The following services help us run this site:

  • Vercel — hosting, analytics, and Speed Insights.
  • Google Gemini API — powers the AI assistant. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
  • WhatsApp— when you click a WhatsApp button or submit a form, you are handed off to WhatsApp's service.

Your Rights

You may request to access, update, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Email julian@bwpcr.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
